Very rude staff and not helpful
Josie gave excellent customer service. Really helped me picking out items for my birthday celebration. Very helpful and was lovely
Was there at 19.25, but they say it’s closed (all doors were already closed a few minutes ago or more?) . Please update the closing time shown online??
Team members at the till should be trained for customer service. The guy was very rude. I had never experienced this ever asking for my student discount is my right he says you cannot do whatever you like. Really disappointed.
The Best Customer Service - Hands Down in Superdrug, However This One Goes to SUPERDRUG WOOLWICH HIGH STREET!!!!!
As I write this sincere and heartfelt with Pure Gratitude review, the names amongst many other friendly faces in this particular Superdrug branch, based in Woolwich High Street. Their names are in no particular order of hierarchy or favouritism other than simply who helped me first, besides that, I believe they all played an equal contribution and fair place towards my customer service and journey as I shopped till I pretty
much dropped.
IJLAL - Thank You Dearly!!! As she specialises in makeup at the Superdrug Woolwich I visited and the way she helped me find not only each make up item or in relation I came for, she went above and beyond to assist with not only skincare products (which isn’t where she’s based by the way — but she did a PHENOMENAL JOB) I was intrigued in purchasing, also informative knowledge on how to save my coins and benefit from the 3 for 2 bargain. Not only did she do this, she went to the till with me, waited for me in the queue and assisted me with my purchases and reminded me about my Superdrug card “savings” membership card to attach for extra points but also to discount my final price off. Friendly, Beautiful (INSIDE and OUT!) and a Real Professional Asset to the Team!
Tracey — Thank You Dearly!!! As she specialises from my understanding on skincare related amongst other areas of knowledge but her initiative and care to service towards my interest in purchase pertaining to a particular Palmer’s body oil I was after was very meaningful and diligent. She didn’t know which scent I was after but she offered to bring the oils out to the floor, clarifying prices and their range as her first display of excellent customer service and then also went above and beyond to bring not simply one body oil — of one which happened to my favourite scent (VANILLA) without her knowing and the other a common yet favourable scent as well. I am pleased with her service as she was not even serving me. Might I had to she was doing her own separate tasks of inventory and stock I might assume. Friendly, Beautiful (INSIDE & OUT!) and a Real Professional Asset to the Team!
ELOANA — Thank You Dearly!!! This woman I have seen her time and time again serve behind the till with beyond a friendly, calm demeanour, wonderful personality whilst still holding professionalism. I saw her today of course and that is where I emphasised even more I must write a sincere review for all three of these kind hearted ladies and down to earth humans who clearly care about their jobs. It may or may not be their careers. However they serve with excellence. She took time to greet me smiling, ask me if needed two bags due to me having shown my previous shopping bag was getting heavy and not as strong. She with the help and assistance of Ijlah assured I got my discounted bargains and Superdrug points. Friendly, Beautiful (INSIDE & OUT!) and a Real Professional Asset to the Team!
If you can’t tell. I’m a happy customer and who so happens to be working in the Hospitality sector for 19+ years. Both my degrees are within Hospitality and Business and surely I can say for free, for kindness and good benevolence but also to pinpoint great if not exceptional customer service when I see it — therefore bring THE MAIN attention, attraction, confidence and good rewards and benefits back to not only the company, Superdrug but these particularly young ladies who served me, cared for me, walked and talked with me, and overall delivered a high standard of service I CAN’T WITHOUT a doubt not bring to light and show recognition, praise and appreciation towards them.
Today just happens to be the day I highlight and bring forth three equal ladies their great of actions within initiative, compassion and service. They each deserve their rewards, higher remuneration, and “trophies” if you like for their exceptional — and I mean EXCEPTIONAL, customer service. Thank you once again!
I, Eunice am externally grateful. You will see me again :)
I don’t like leaving bad reviews but unfortunately this has been happening for YEARS. Everytime I go into this store they follow me around and watch me as if I’m stealing - especially if I’m with my son. I find it very offensive as i’ve never ever stolen anything and it ruins the shopping experience. I am always made to feel uncomfortable to browse & i always feel pressured to buy something just to prove that i'm not stealing. I also work in beauty retail & I would never treat any customers the way how I am treated when I enter this store. I understand that pressure from above about sales targets and loss prevention can have an affect on how people work but this is still not an excuse to be make customers feel uncomfortable (regardless of whether they are just browsing or making a purchase). If I were to give some advice, it would be to stop stereotyping people based off of their looks, race, how they dress etc. and start practicing proper loss prevention techniques i.e having a security guard at each entrance/exit and offering baskets on arrival. Also a friendly and polite greeting asking if the customer needs help with anything will suffice.
I went into Superdrug this morning and the staff member at the counter was so dismissive she was on the phone with her headphones couldn’t be bothered to assist. I left my super drug card at home so I wanted to enter my email address but instead of her assisting me she just couldn’t be bothered. Very poor customer service. I left feeling so upset.
Very rude employee I don’t know the name , I asked for a help to know something about the products. And she was making stupid faces to her colleague and behaved so rude . She couldn’t even do her job , I mean
For what else she is standing there as a statue, you work for some customer service so do the job . Disgusting
The staff are rude and stare you down as if your a thief while you're trying to browse.
One of the most unprofessional place l had been, you ask for something and if they don't know they will direct you on things that are miles away from what you are looking for. Environment is rude and is like you are bothering the staff nearly, everyone is in a rush and they don't even look at you while they are chatting between themsrlves.
Don't waste your time..
First time coming to this superdrug to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted.omg Meena was amazing gave good advice very friendly.my eyebrows look amazing definitely going back again .
Rude staff.
Bad price labelling, .49p in paracetamol, charged £1.49 for 16 tablets! Even M&S is cheaper.
