Rude to my mum. Zero customer service. She went to Rich Nails near Lidi on Chadwell Heath and received great service. Disgusting individuals. Well deserved 2.8 rating on google. Everyone is a liar apart from the Nail shop.

Terrible nails mabey the worse I've had done ever!!! Painting is awfull.. she didn't even shape my toes just took old nail varnish of and shaped a new color and still old Polish was remaining on my toes! Usually ild go mad but I was in a rush! Never again.

My friend got her nails and toes done here for only £45 all together the other week and so being a great price I decided to walk in for the same services. When I arrived I wasn’t really greeted well but decided to stick it out and was given the price £55 not the same but, I wasn’t unhappy. I sat down and the lady came to take my payment which came to then £65 she had just made the numbers up on both spots, I just left. Clearly this place isn’t very put together if they can’t even make up their mind on the prices. Unprofessional.

Shop is ok, the young lady who did our nails was very nice, friendly and engaging whilst doing our nails. The shop needs a good clean and possibly better storage solution too much clutter and accumulated dust. There is a price list on the wall but had some discrepancies with the price on the two occasions visited.
