I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience my daughter had at Loret Beauty. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and so professional—it immediately put us at ease.

Lora took the time to really listen to what my daughter wanted and gave thoughtful advice to make sure the final result would suit her perfectly. The highlighting was done with such care and precision, and the end result was absolutely stunning—natural, radiant, and beautifully blended. My daughter hasn’t stopped smiling since!

What stood out the most was how patient and kind everyone was, making the whole experience feel special rather than rushed. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in their work.

I cannot recommend Loret Beauty enough! I came in feeling completely desperate after another hairdresser left my hair with multiple clashing colors that did not suit me at all. My "balayage" was honestly botched and quite literally a hot mess.

From the moment I walked in, the male stylist (I didn’t catch his name, but he is incredible!) was extremely professional. He listened to all my concerns, explained my options in detail, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He didn’t just fix my hair, he practically saved it. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. It goes to show how hard it is to find a truly skilled stylist, but once you find one this good, you have to stick with them. I’ve definitely found my new go-to spot and will be back very soon! Thank you so much :)

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I went in asking for red hair, and the stylist confidently told me it was achievable from the test strand. Instead, I got left with purple, yellow, and orange tones. My hair was severely over-bleached, burnt, and left feeling dry, brittle, and broken, and still is now.

After I complained, I was told there was “nothing they could do” except take me back to my natural colour. They ended up putting black over it, but within a week the colour faded to brown — which shows it wasn’t done properly or wasn’t suitable for the damaged state my hair was left in.

I trusted their professional advice and expertise, and my hair is now in worse condition than it has ever been. The lack of accountability and proper correction was very disappointing. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking any major colour services here.
