From the moment I stepped in, the parlour felt instantly inviting and spotlessly clean. Rhi greeted me warmly and attentively listened to exactly what I wanted. I felt heard and supported during the entire appointment, making the experience so reassuring. I opted for gel french tips and she executed it perfectly. I’m absolutely delighted with the end result. So nice to see this new addition to the neighbourhood came in for a nail model set by the trainee nail tech there and she did not fail the nails look amazing and her service was outstanding too she took me through all the different nail options made sure I was happy at every stage made good conversation and much more. Ki was amazing and so was the team the way the other techs were encouraging and praising her for her amazing job on my nails really highlights the love amongst the team and the salon. Can’t praise enough and looking forward to returning!

Had a great experience, lovely salon, very easy to get to and great atmosphere and vibe. It’s great for a treat/ luxury and looking after you day. Very friendly and welcoming, couldn’t recommend more. I had Botox and honestly, nothing makes me happier than my face not moving, no frowning at the salon here. 10/10 ❤️💜
