I am changing my review to one star. I went to get my nails done, and was carrying a parcel I intended to take to the post office next door after I got my nails done. They wanted to put it out of sight, so took it to a back room. I forgot to ask for it when I left. I called them, and they refused to take it next door to the post office, even though it was prepaid. I said that I was travelling and will come and pick up the parcel when I return. They said ok. When I returned to the UK, they told me they "disposed" of the parcel. They are legally obligated to pay for it, but they are evading responsibility. It is the very bad handling of this that made me leave 1 star. I can only call the salon, and get a receptionist who "is not a manager". The managers refuse to deal with it and have not returned my email or calls.

Had my nails done 2 weeks ago and still good as new, pedicure last week, which was fantastic, felt like i had a new pair of feet! Then today i tried out the CACI facial which was absoloutly wow! Skin feel so fresh and glowing, will def be keeping this up, finished up with a lash tint and lift. Always leave the shop happy and relaxed, the staff are just the most proffesional but friendly girls you could wish to meet. I would give 6 out of 5 stars if i could x sorry just noticed ive put this under my sons name lol. I am Denise Fox x

I had a Gel manicure with Chahana just before Christmas and my nail's apart from growing out still look great. She really took the time to have them looking beautiful. I was very happy with how the looked and got lots of compliments.Thank you Chahana.

Kleos is my favourite place to go for absolutely everything! Everything I’ve ever had done has been beyond amazing. The staff go above and beyond they are all so welcoming and treat each customer with respect and Kindness. I couldn’t recommend more, my whole family feels the same way & has been going for years! I had my brows waxed and tinted - Yamina was absolutely amazing! She took great care with shaping my brows and made sure I had a really nice natural look with both the shape and the tint. Highly recommend

I live in the US and this is not my first visit to this salon . I have my facial done by Mari or Mary from Brazil who is excellent. I have nothing but praise for her and the salon staff . Keep up the good work.

Been coming to the salon over 16 years now and honestly the best place . Very clean all staff is lovely n friendly sun bed is 10/10 . Marina is my girl she’s brilliant I always get compliments about my nails . Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Keep up the good work girls . LOVE ❤️ Dainora
