Had BIAB done here and the salon is very clean and organised. Initially I wasn’t happy with my nails (although they were done really efficiently) but I came back the next day the team were really understanding and listened to my concerns and fixed them. They look fab! Great customer service and I’ll definitely be back.

Highly highly recommend Nail Circle!

I have become a regular here due to constantly going back to get my nails done, and they always deliver with exactly what I want! They are so accommodating with me as I get designs all the time haha! 😅

I am so comfortable at this place and would recommend to anyone that they will always listen and make sure you love your nails before leaving and will always fix anything if you come back or call.

The place itself is so clean and chic, definitely feels like a beautiful and comfortable experience for all!

BAD QUALITY INFILL! I regret so much!

After 5 days of doing a infill of my nail gel, it started falling and the shellac colour already started coming off. Because of my job I need to have very short nail.
I’ve decide to go to this salon at Putney High Street because it is close to my house.

But the quality of the material is really bad. As you can see in the photos.

I don’t recommend this place!

I will definitely come back to Nail Circle in the future. To the lovely interior to the professional and kind service of the staff, I was really impressed. Coming in for a wax from top to bottom can be scary but I felt really relaxed and comforted the whole way through. I am sorry to say I've forgotten the name of the talented lady who helped me (sorry, I dunno if I remember it correctly so I don't want to write it wrong 😅), but your threading and waxing was amazing haha. Will definitely come again and will remember your name to the end of time hehe can't wait!

Got my nails and my partner’s nail extensions removed here today and I had a horrible experience. My partner’s nails removed got a decent nail tech while I got someone who over filed my nails and they currently feel very brittle. I’ve communicated this mid appointment and didn’t get a better service. I’m very disappointed with this service and the way they handled the situation afterwards.

What a lovely salon! Amazing choice of nail colours in a modern, clean and stylish setting. I love my nails but even more impressed by the quality of the customer service and staff. They really do want to make you feel looked after and ensure a high level of satisfaction in your experience. Would highly recommend.

Such a great nail salon! The salon is very clean and welcoming, and the team is professional and friendly. The nail technician was very precise and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. I’ve received so many compliments on my nails. I will definitely return.
