Had the worse experience ever with the lady. The messiest acrylic set I’ve ever done and when I told the lady she was arguing and trying to convince me there’s no gap between my skin and the acrylic and if there’s it’s normal then when I told her I’m very unhappy and I don’t want it she said she will fill it up with nail polish and she won’t charge me!!!! None of my nails also look the same. Won’t ever go back an won’t recommend

Went to have my acrylics taken off, an easy job for them you would think. Process was going well, until by the time we finished I told the lady there is still acrylic on my nails and she hasn’t taken it all off. Her response was that the shine on the nails was not the acrylic but that fact that she had buffed them. Still picking the acrylic off my nails 5 days later, waste of money and time.

Last minute appointment today. Fitted me in no problem and as always very happy with my manicure. Been coming here for probably a year now and always impressed with the high standard Vanessa and her team keep. I’ve never had a bad pedicure or manicure. Thank you

Dear Harmony, please stop hiding honest reviews! Posted this before but they hid it so reposting.

The below experience is from June 2023:

They do nice nails but they are a racist bunch (check other reviews).

My experience here was so bizzare its difficult to put it into words. Basically, I had my nails done and asked for the gel polish as they dry quicker and last longer. The lady kept insisting that it was £10 more and I said no worries, I would pay. But she refused to carry on even though my nails were already done and just needed the polish. She kept repeating its £10 extra as though to imply I couldn't afford it. All around me they were painting other people's nails (gel polish) without making a scene about it costing £10 extra. It was horrific, drove me to tears and I ended up leaving with bare acrylic nails as I couldn't bear being there any longer. Ps: I do not look like I cannot afford £10.

Another negative is they do multiple nails at the same time. So one technician will do your nails and 2 others at the same time, simultaneously floating around at different points. It makes the process last longer than it should.

My first time going to Harmony and I must say I wish I had gone sooner.
The Salon looks very spacious and tidy, also has a nice look with the plants and decor inside.
I had a spa pedicure service and can say I was very happy with the treatment as well as the massage chair as part of the process. The member who done my feet was very thorough with his work, he was gentle and professional and made me feel comfortable. My feet look really nice and are now feeling relaxed and soft.
I will be returning very soon.
