Google I've been coming here for a long time, but now I have to change because the young girl who did my acrylic nails left a lot of bubbles, and the nails started coming off after not even a week. I think she was rushing. I don't think I'll be coming back. Plus, they charged me 47 pounds for an extension without any manicure. I was thinking I could probably do a better job than them. I'm very unhappy. Communicating with them is very difficult too.
Owner Response:
Dear Kamila ,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that you were not fully happy with your nails, as this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide to our clients.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we would really appreciate the opportunity to make things right. We would like to offer you a free repair for your nails. Please kindly contact us directly or visit the salon so we can arrange this for you at a convenient time.
