this was the worst experience of my life in this shop, I come to do hands and feet they take away my old pauder gel and then they were not able to satisfy my needs because they had unprepared staff, they wanted to put something simple and easy for their skills, I had to leave like that without nails done I have never had such a bad experience how can you leave a woman without nail polish and make her go like that after removing the old nail polish I am sorry you should have said before that they were not able to satisfy my needs. look for more prepared staff or do not do this job.

I’m so very happy that I found this place ! They are great , very professional , nice and friendly … it’s a pretty salon, very clean , cosy , cute interior design. Abie and her team are all lovely professionals, very polite, they take a great care of their clients.
They even offer a tea or coffee, that I always enjoy, while the stylist is working on my nails. I also enjoy the back massage on a special chair, while having my pedicure done. I’m a perfectionist, so I’m probably not the easiest customer, but I’m always happy with my nails, especially that the girls know how to fix things ( if I have a crack or a broken nail ) and make my nails look beautiful and natural. The layers are never too thick. I’m so happy that I have Abie and her team in Putney.
They are the best !
And Abie’s little doggie is the cutest! ❤️

Abie and her team are great… Super friendly service and lovely staff. Best salon in SW London and great value for money. They check in throughout your manicure to make sure you are happy, offering teas and coffees and the loyalty card is great. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I think I just got the best manicure I’ve ever had! A very nice woman whose name began with “F” did my shellac (I’m so sorry, I can’t remember your name). She checked in regularly with me to ensure I was happy, and she did a meticulous job. Abie’s Nails is an excellent place. Highly recommended. Looking forward to coming back for a pedicure soon.

Over priced and unpleasant experience! Might as well have been nails pulled out as painted for all the pleasure afforded. Lots of hand rapping and sighing as though I was a naughty child or as though she was reluctantly doing me a favour. And ironically I didn't even like my first colour but she wouldn't change it after the first nail (which I have had done plenty of times before- perfectly doable!). Felt resigned to the process but then I got the bill which was not at all transparent. £53 for gel nails!!!! Costs me less than half that in my usual salon for gel removal, a nice chat, cup of tea, clean loo (only reluctantly allowed a pee!) and a bit of mulling over colour choice, and a nice glossy set of nails. Seriously I would avoid unless you are happy to be treated like a cash cow begging a favour.

The demeanor exhibited during the telephone interaction was very rude, coupled with an evident reluctance to make accommodations for their clients. Despite personal experiences indicating the necessity of using a manual file over a drill due to nail bed damage, the establishment declined to assist due to it impacting the aesthetic value of the nails. Despite having visited numerous establishments that refrain from using drills, my nails have remained durable and intact, challenging the notion that drill usage is essential for satisfactory results. Their refusal to use a manual file seems to stem from a desire to prioritise speed and profit over customer preferences and nail health.

I have been coming to Abi's for a while now and have generally always had a very good experience. However, this time, not so much. I was kept waiting for 20 minutes (for a booked appointment) without explanation and then the shellac manicure I had was rushed and actually not great. I'm all for a quick turnaround but on this occasion, the gel manicure (which is £38) was rushed and when I got home, one nail had broken) - for £38 I was given what I consider a quick manicure, rather than a full manicure. My nails are all unevenly filed - and therefore they look more like I've done them rather than had a professional do them! Bit disappointing - nothing major but enough to make me comment. Might try somewhere else...

I went to Abies Nail salon on Saturday 17th July 2021 I didn’t have an appointment to go to the salon but was still seen by the owner Abie. Abie did my nails so beautifully and was very very nice and welcoming. Abie did Shellac on my nails and it was amazing. My only upset is that Abie blocked me on all my Instagram accounts which has really really upset me.
