Google Staff are quite unfriendly, didn’t talk to me for my whole manicure. When you pay premium to go to a place like Townhouse and not a cheap nail salon, you are not just paying premium for the manicure but a relaxing and friendly experience. Go to Townhouse Fulham down the road they are much better.

Google Go elsewhere. Avoid this place. Techs are late to the appoint and rude. They don’t disclose prices. They overcharge hoping you won’t catch it - so check everything before you pay. Plus they admitted they weren’t insured. License is expired. Unbelievable.

Google I had a really disappointing experience at Townhouse Putney and feel people should be aware before booking.
During my manicure, the technician cut deeply into the cuticle on my right thumb with scissors, causing significant bleeding and severe pain. I repeatedly said it hurt while it was happening. There was blood all over the towel, and although disinfectant was applied, no apology was offered. My thumb remained painful and inflamed for days afterwards.
Unfortunately, the quality of the manicure itself was also poor. One thumb started lifting almost immediately, and a cracked nail was simply covered with a thick amount of glue which looked very uneven and obvious.
To their credit, customer service did issue a refund after I complained, but the actual experience in the salon was upsetting, unprofessional, and not what I would expect from a premium nail brand. I personally would not return to this branch.

Google I had a pedicure today by Karina, she was very proffesional and made me feel comfortable throughout. She allowed me to see the different colours on my nail before choosing which I really appreciated as the colours can sometimes look different on different skin tones. Thank you karina
