I would not go back here! The quality of nail treatments is shocking. I've never had cuticles cut so deep.
The owner is also not friendly at all. No smile given or acknowledgement of any customer present.

I had such an amazing experience with Lauren. She is honestly one of the most knowledgeable and attentive hairdressers I’ve ever been to. She didn’t just do my hair, she actually took the time to educate me on how to properly care for it.

Lauren gave me so much helpful advice, from the correct way to wash my hair, to how often I should be trimming it, and even the ideal temperature to use on my curling iron. You can really tell she cares about the long-term health of your hair, not just the style on the day.

She also mentioned it’s her mission to help me get my hair healthier and less tangled, which I really appreciated. Never going anywhere else to do my hair now ahha x

I had my daughter's birthday here with their pamper packages and Henna, Nimisha and the team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my daughter had an amazing party. They did slime making, hair, face painting, glitter tattoo's, manicures and pedicures followed by pizza 🍕. Thank you for making her day so special x

I went to go get my nails done at nail bar, took more than 2 hours and not even shaped or done correctly. Not been 2 weeks and they already coming off. Very disappointed with the service would not recommend this place.

Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a salon.

I had booked a lash lift and tint and acrylics. 3 days before my appointment - Thursday afternoon at 4pm, I received a call saying the lash technician can only do lash extensions, and not the lift and tints. I asked the lady to remove that from my booking. She then asked if I could make it another day as no-one would be in. I said I don't live local and going away so I cannot come another day. The lady understood and that Thursday's appointment was fine.

Tuesday evening at 10pm, I received an email saying my appointment had been moved (without my knowledge) to Wednesday at 4pm. I called the salon Wednesday asking what was going on. I was told, by the manager, that the salon is shut on Thursday and they cannot meet my rebooked appointment. How can they be shut on a Thursday afternoon?? I was told that they've been having a problem with their booking platform - something that should not be an issue for an established business, personally. I cancelled my appointment altogether as constant changing and cancelling of appointments is not something a customer should have to deal with.

I don't usually do reviews, and I have visited here before for various appointments, however this experience was horrible and I genuinely would recommend not going here.

Lovely friendly staff, very professional and I'm very pleased from the booking through to the treatment. While i was there i enquired about other services offered and they managed to squeeze me in while i was there. Great experience- definitely my go to for Hair, Lashes and piercings. Thank you
