Google I’ve been coming here since it first opened, and the experience has been consistently excellent. The service is highly professional, and I regularly get my nails done here without ever being disappointed. I’ve also recommended this salon to several friends. Seven is especially outstanding, she’s professional, welcoming, and always does my nails beautifully.

Google I’ve been coming here since they first opened, but unfortunately my recent experience has put me off returning. I asked if it was possible to change my gel service to builder gel, and was simply told no without any real explanation or willingness to accommodate. As a paying customer, I expect at least some flexibility or acknowledgment when I’m unhappy with a service I’m receiving.
The prices are also quite high, which makes the lack of customer care even more disappointing. When you’re paying a premium, you expect a better level of service and a more accommodating approach.
In the end, I only went ahead with the pedicure and decided to leave it at that. It was frustrating, as I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time. I’m happy to pay for what I want done, but I also expect my concerns to be taken seriously rather than dismissed. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

We would like to clarify your recent visit to ensure an accurate understanding of what happened. When you arrived and requested a pedicure with gel polish. This was confirmed with you before we began. After the service had been finished, you asked to extend your toenails by builder gel we explained that we do not offer extensions with builder gel on toenails, as not the service we provide due to durability and safety concerns . Following this your requested for the gel to be removed so you could redo builder gel yourself at home. Although this required additional time, we removed the gel for you and only charged for pedicure without any extra for removal fee.
Our pricing has always been clearly stated , and all services were confirmed with you before starting. For this reason , we believe the service delivered was in line with what was requested and agreed at the time.
We always aim to provide professional and fair service to all clients , and we kindly asked that services are clearly decided before we begin to avoid the situation like this.
