I’ve had my nails done 3 times now and can’t fault this place 👏🏻 Julie the owner is so lovely, makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in! She did my birthday nails in January and I was in love. Since then Ben has done my last 2 sets and all I can say is wow! The attention to detail he had and the care he took with my nails, absolutely amazing! Highly recommend this place for you nails if you live anywhere in Wembley or harrow 🥰

Called to make an appointment and was asking if they could do what I wanted and the price, however when I went there it was a different story. Maybe there was a miscommunication on the phone. Anyway, when I arrive, the male technician who was doing my nails seemed to have an attitude from the start like he didn't want to do what I wanted. This was probably the worst nail experience I've ever had. He was so unfriendly and kept pulling my fingers and tapping my hands indicating for me to put them in and out of the lamp with such a dismissive and rude attitude and I'm very certain he and another colleague were talking about me. It was really uncomfortable and unfriendly. The nails came out OK but the behaviour of this man ruined the entire experience.

Preston Nails is honestly one of the best nail salons I’ve been to. The staff are friendly, patient, and really take their time to make sure your nails come out perfect, Julie is incredible and is also a great person to have a friendly chat with! The salon is clean, welcoming, and has a relaxing vibe from the moment you walk in.
They offer a great range of colours and designs. My nails came out smooth, neat, and exactly how I pictured. The attention to detail is honestly amazing.
If you want high-quality nails, i highly recommend !!

I done BIAB and french but not enough satisfied , my nails are very thick، wide and even the french is a thick layer on top not flat ! I will not back again

Avoid this shop
I paid for damaging my nails. I'm on treatment now as he buffed them too much and become super flimsy. The guy buffed extremely too much my natural nails, unnecessary, and after applying the gel my nails were feeling burning inside the lamp. Painful
Extremely bad experience, i was really suffering there and he was smiling...

I got a Mani Gel and Pedi and was not pleased with the service I got today. It usually is a hit or miss out of the times that i’ve been in. The manicure looks very untidy and rushed, not pleased at all. Took these photos minutes after walking out. Despite asking for it to be cleaned, I walked out with shoddy work. The pedicure - I was told that it is dry and ready. I get home, and it’s ruined.

Also flagged that one of my nails is very fragile and thin, which was rudely dismissed. After the technician buffed it, the nail chipped off making it much shorter than the rest of my nails. There was no consideration or apology on this.

So disappointed.
