Do not go here! Awful rude staff, require a deposit for booking and terrible service. Don’t bother there are much better places to get your nails done. Very impolite and unprofessional! It’s almost as if they don’t want your service and you have to beg for an ounce of service.

I went in on a weekday (today) 1.30pm as I had a bit of time to see if they could squeeze me in for infills as I was passing by. I understand i didn't have an appointment, so i had no problem if they couldn't do it BUT the woman I spoke to when I walked in was so RUDE! She looked at me when I asked politely and said really loudly NO (even though there was only 2 people in chairs so its not like it was loud and she had to speak up) and that was it she turned away. No clue how to speak to potential customers and ZERO manners. I would never book an appointment here. I walked down to another salon on Kenton road to see if they were able to fit me in, they weren't but the lady was so nice in comparison. Im heading to review them after this. Avoid Kenton Nails, no point wasting your money on them!

Just went into Kenton nails. For reference I am a black woman. I got told to pay before my service even started. Customers came in after who were not black and they did not get told to pay before hand. Wouldn’t recommend nor would I go back again

The owners daughter is extremely rude, the tone of her voice is so bad when speaking to you, when you might of got the information she would speak to you like your the dumbest person alive.

So cancelled my appointment ams went else where.
