Waited 30mins to be seen when I had booked an appointment. The staff did not care nor were helpful. They seemed to be annoyed when I asked how much longer the wait would be. Wouldnt recommend as although the wax itself was great and the therapist was lovely, the unprofessionalism would not make me return.

I had a very disappointing experience with Alina. I booked a wax appointment and she cancelled just 30 minutes before my scheduled time—while I was already on my way. This is extremely unprofessional and shows very poor business management.

What makes it worse is that I had confirmed with her the night before, and she assured me she would see me. I’ve been growing my hair for over 10 days specifically for this appointment and I’m travelling tonight, which now leaves me with very limited options.

She then offered to reschedule me for 7pm in the evening instead, but by that point, I could have easily booked elsewhere had she let me know earlier.

I usually don’t write bad reviews, especially as I am a beautician myself and understand the challenges of this work — but this is unacceptable. Clients plan their schedules around these appointments, and last-minute cancellations like this are simply unprofessional.

If you want your wax done reliably, I recommend booking elsewhere.

Alina is by far the best person I’ve ever gone to for a wax! I’m always pleased with the results as she’s very thorough and quick! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else 😁 very accommodating and comfortable to go to
