Been a few times but this time she did a terrible job, filed my nails all the way down to the literal brim… I asked her to not do so and she did… machine burning my fingers and she just carried on. Terrible wouldn’t recommend, my nails are growing back weak and brittle my nails have never been this way. Ever … terrible and a horrible let down I’ve messaged her to ask for a refund it’s been 3 weaks and this is the state of my nails, I have nails growing underneath my nails due to her work this happens when the nail bed is filed way to low. SHE MAY BE GOOD THE FIRST TIME BUT SHE WILL DO U WRONG EVENTUALLY AND I RISKED IT my NATURAL nails my I add was beautiful and long she ruined it. Pathetic woman if your angry with what ever in your life don’t take it out on your poor customers whom are paying you for a good service

I don’t know where to start, at first I really liked her for doing my nails and I kept coming back 4th time and some reason her attitude was terrible I asked her for two coats on my fingers she was not even being generous with the amount she was using, I explained to her my nails last very long with just gel If I used two coats a good amount, she was using one brush stroke for each finger. Didn’t clean my cuticles properly was pulling at them instead of going around. And the biggest issue was my toes I asked her to remove the gel polish on my toes I could just sense the attitude it was terrible and I think she did it by purpose, she starting using the machine to file off the polish and she kept going till it burnt digging deep into the sides with the machine literally even knowing I have a ingrown. I left didn’t notice any pain or anything so I thanked for her service, 🤦‍♀️ started walking and my two big toes started to burn,, really really bad burning went home and I realised I couldn’t walk properly on my feet, pain was really unbearable so I went a&e they looked and said the nail tech filed to much and that it was very close to my skin. My toe was litterally pink. Pink and white which indicates bad filing and to close to the skin my nail bed skin that it is I was given antibiotics just in case I got an Infection it’s been 5 days and my toes still throb. If anything else happens I will be taking this allot further but for any women please avoid this place, at all cost. I dont know what sort of day she was having but I felt as tho it was taken out on me. Horrible service never will I return and if she does see me it’ll be in court ( if my toes don’t heal ) also if you are the owner reading this be kinder I travelled all over south east Asia and I’ve always thought of you guys as the kindest people and still do. But this was a horrible experience I can barely walk without pain. Thank you for nothing. Further customers you’ve been warned

I had my nails done by Linh, and honestly to date this is the best set I’ve ever had, believe me I don’t say that lightly. Her nail shaping is immaculate, and she pays so much attention to detail. She applied the perfect amount of acrylic where my nails looked very beautifully natural, lastly her customer service is impeccable. She’s so kind and welcoming and I’m so grateful that she fit me in last minute. Thank you so much and I will be back.

Linh provided amazing quality service. She was free quickly for an appointment and made me feel welcome in the salon. She was very friendly and the prices of her services are very affordable and cheap. She offers good prices for biab, shellac, manicure and pedicures.
