DO NOT BOOK. She rescheduled my appointment ten minutes before it started. Didn’t bother to reach to find out when I’d actually be available just chose a time that suited her. Sent an email and still no response .Terrible customer service! Travelled over a hour for this useless girl.

Awful, in fact non existent customer service from this provider! I had a nail appointment booked for 20th August at 3pm, it was rescheduled without notification at 2.07pm on the day of the appointment, when we was already on our way to said appointment, I replied back to the email, no response. I emailed directly about my concerns and asked to reschedule at a time that was convenient for us, no response. This appointment was then rescheduled (without our request) again!! Until today there is no response and we did not receive our deposit back! I would definitely be in doubt to book with another Insta Nail Tech anytime soon!
