Google Got here at around 14:50 and it’s now 16:30 not to sure what’s going on today with the service
Owner Response:
Hi Racheal Adigun, thank you for your feedback and we’re very sorry about the long wait you experienced. On busy days, we give priority to customers with appointments, so walk-in customers may have to wait longer than usual. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’ll do our best to improve our scheduling so that all guests can be served more promptly. We hope to welcome you back soon for a better experience.

Google i’ve been coming to sun nails and beauty for the past few months because they’re one of the best nail salons in south east. they always accommodate walk ins, the people who work there are really lovely, and the nails are always perfect - i’m always receiving compliments on their amazing work. honestly couldn’t recommend them enough, and so glad they’re always so busy as it’s so well deserved!
Owner Response:
Thank you so much, Jodie.
We were worried that we might have upset you because we couldn’t find the color you had previously chosen.
Your understanding and pleasant personality mean a lot to us.
It truly motivates us to keep improving our service every day.
Love ❤️❤️❤️

Google I always have a great experience at this nail salon. The staff are friendly, professional, and really take their time to make sure everything is perfect. The salon is clean, and there are lots of colours and designs to choose from. My nails always look amazing and last a long time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service.
Owner Response:

Google Pedicure was good but I experience a cut on my heel which was painful for a few days. Within a day the nail polish came off my fingernail. Manicure wasn't great. Just a waste of my money.
Owner Response:
Sorry for making you have a bad experience at the shop. Regarding the nail polish problem, there are 2 types: normal polish and gel polish. We do not recommend customers to use normal polish because it takes time to dry and there is no warranty. As for gel polish, it will be repaired free of charge within 3 days. We are always happy to receive your feedback at the reception desk or contact directly via the phone number available at the top of the page to resolve your problem as soon as possible. Thank you for your feedback and wish you a good day.
