They do do the best lashes and nails but they are SLOW. Be prepared for a whole day. I had booked in for the lashes - and then had a 20min wait for nails during the week. The nails took 3 hours - an absolute joke

Worst manicure I’ve EVER had - SHOCKED at the service I received here.

I chose a blue cat eye polish and the colour I got was completely different - largely because the man who did my nails didn’t use a base colour underneath and only did ONE COAT of polish?!?! It was so patchy and transparent and grey - not at all what I asked for and they looked truly, truly awful.

I would have asked them to redo them but I wanted to get out ASAP. The vibe was horrible and the tools used didn’t look clean.

My nails were also left with polish all round the outside, and they started peeling off within ONE DAY. I’ve already gone elsewhere to get them redone (only two days later).

My friend had been before and said she pays £18 for cat eye manicure (largely why I thought I’d try somewhere new), but they charged me £25 - which I think was a made up price.

Will never be returning.

Great and super cheap nail salon, will be back. The staff is so kind and quick. It is cash only which they don’t say upfront which is the only thing, if they took card 5 stars.

If i could make this review zero stars i would,
I had my lash extensions done here and it was rushed and careless. The technician used no isolation, and now my natural lashes are falling out in clumps. It’s clear they were more focused on speed than safety or quality. I’m devastated — not only are my lashes ruined, but I also feel like my eyes were treated without care. I do not recommend this place if you want healthy lashes or a professional experience. just look at these lashes falling off like clusters with over 15 of my natural lashes attached, this shouldn’t be acceptable especially within a professional establishment.

I chose this place after seeing videos on TikTok and was very impressed with the service. Mei did my lashes, it was a hybrid ‘half set’ with a max length of 14mm and they look amazing. She also charged me £5 to wax, thread & pluck my eyebrows. I only had to wait about 15 minutes to be seen and the set took just over an hour. Will visit again!

Got classic eyelashes. Asked for natural look and got exactly what I wanted. She was clearly very experienced, lashes are perfectly isolated and it feels like I'm not wearing any lashes. In and out of the chair in 1hr 10 minutes..best £45 I've spent for lashes ever.

Mai is the BEST at nails, she listens and takes her time. Also my fav style is cateye nails which look insanely beautiful! 10/10. I also got my eyelashes done today really wispy stunning set-will be coming back.

Normally good, I've been going here for around 3 years, but of late the standard of beauticians is very, very poor. 2 in particular, the very short one and the one with blonde tints (sorry no names but you'll definitely be able to identify them). If you don't get your treatments from Mei, Lucia or Lucy, you're wasting your time and money.
