Horrible. The lady did not remove the previous biab application properly so there were a lot of gaps, at the time I told her and tried to show her but she was too busy talking to her friend and rushing doing my nails to do it properly! She filed some of it off after i showed her there’s still old gel and she laughed when the piece came off, i showed her more places and she ignored it. Then she cut my finger when filing with the drill! I told her, and again because she was too busy yapping and looking away she goes “yeah i file for you” SHE CUT ME MORE it started bleeding, i showed her again she laughed and goes “oh sorry” and proceeds to file even more near where shes made my skin bleed instead of wiping off the blood with disinfectant alcohol -_-… her application of the biab gel was like it was a child’s first time painting, it was all over my finger off the nails, but not reaching the tip of nails. this is probably why it lifted after a few days. I told her to at least file it down nicely but again she did not listen, she just wanted to get my nails over and done with even though i am paying to get them done properly. She was rude at times, and dismissive of my comments because she wasnt looking!!!! The pictures i took aren’t as horrible as what the nails look like in real life. So annoyed i wasted money here. I could have done a better job. Oh my friend also got them done the same day and hers lifted after days too. she literally peeled them off so easily, basically paid for expensive press ons not biab.

Horrible service. At first I thought i would give the place a chance and I asked for the standard nail service and was denied it. Even when I raised my concerns about how the manicure was going and she told me that, ‘that’s not how they do things around here’ I wanted longer nails rather than acrylic on my natural nail which they had cut down. Normally during service they would cut your nails so they could add the nail extension on and then do acrylic but they skipped the fake nail and when I raised my concerns she told me that it was too late and they knew I wasn’t from around that area so they took advantage of me. Also I said it was okay to finish the service but the paint they used was running out to it was stringy and the overall shape and buffer of my nail was not clean, to be honest kind of lumpy. And because the place is so small, with the microwave on behind me, people shuffling to make space and a lack of colour choices. a hot mess. be careful out there yall
