There was no failure on our part. Your guest arrived 45 minutes late to a one-hour, pre-booked and pre-paid treatment on one of our busiest operating days, as confirmed in our email exchange.

We are a strictly appointment-based business. A late arrival does not delay the schedule; it reduces the time available within the booked slot so as not to impact other clients who arrived on time.

Despite this, our therapist extended the service to 20 minutes, even though only 15 minutes remained, which encroached on her turnaround time between clients.

Your guest displayed unacceptable behaviour towards staff and continued to expect full accommodation despite arriving 45 minutes late.

The shortened service was the direct consequence of the late arrival, not any failure on our part.

Should you do choose to contact consumer protection or any regulatory body, it is essential that the information provided is accurate and includes the fact that your guest arrived 45 minutes late to the scheduled appointment, as this is the sole reason the full service could not be delivered.
