Clean salon with sterilised equipment . Friendly staff and thank fully you can book in person , by phone or online . I usually see Isla who is lovely and does a good manicure but I have also seen Joy who is also very good. The other technicians and the owner Kim are friendly and welcoming too . I would recommend this salon .

My last nail appointment in Stevenage was the final straw. After all my chunky, clunky acrylics fell off in a week I knew I had to go further afield. We regularly pass Mill Hill, and I took a chance on this place.

I am a horrific nail biter and skin picker. I wish I had before pictures to show you what these guys had to work with, because it’s always embarrassing stepping into a salon after a particularly brutal picking/biting cycle. When I sat down for my appointment I was completely relaxed, and was completely at ease and comfortable in Mia’s company. I felt no judgment, which was nice because my usual place always tells me off for my nasty habit! 🙈

Oh my god, it did NOT disappoint. From the prices to the service and standard of work, I will never go anywhere else now based on how my hands and feet now look. My acrylic, is thin and natural looking, and miracles were performed on my feet after a winter of stinky trainers and thick socks. I now have pretty, sandal ready toes!

Massive thankyou to Mia for her quick and brilliant work. I’ll see you all next month!

Great place and the person who did my nails was fantastic. She listened and gave exactly what I wanted. Very reasonably priced and offer a much better service compared to local shops. They could do with offering water (it is supposed to be Lux) and I will keep an eye on what I think was a bit of amber flag when it comes to the treatment of certain types of customers.

Really good experience from when I first walked in I felt this calm feeling and it was so nice really lovely welcomed. I also am very particular with my nails and nothing was an issue anything they could do to help. Kept offering me a drink hot or cold and after the nails were done I got a hot towel on my hands with a hand massage included in the price! Very reasonable, very professional, will 1000% be coming back I highly recommend

Staff is very accommodating (they changed my appointment at a very short notice), prices are affordable, service seems attentive. The technician (whose name sadly I don't remember) even applied a hot towel at the end which was a very nice touch. My nails were in a state before I went there and they listened to my request of having them as short as possible. Excited for my pedicure in a few weeks.
