Google I had an appointment at 18:15 and still ended up waiting until 19:15. Meanwhile, people who arrived after me were seen first. This is completely disorganised and unprofessional.
It’s unacceptable to book people in for a specific time and then ignore that schedule. I wasted a lot of time unnecessarily.
I travelled a long way for this appointment, and the whole experience was extremely disappointing. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this place at all.

Google came 2 weeks ago to galaxy, got a pedicure and full set of acrylics, my experience was wonderful and relaxing and staff made sure i was happy!! just moved around the area recently so definitely going to be making this my usual nail spot. very happy with customer service and results! thank you !! 🙌

Google Absolutely amazing experience. The place is clean, tidy and friendly. They listen to everything you want and really help you with colour choices (something I need) just left and I’m soo pleased this place is open just down the road from me. Will definitely be back :)

Google Obsessed with my Grinchmas nails
These nails tech are so much more patient than any others in this local area. The customer service is always 10 out of 10 they’re so happy for you to take a drink out of the fridge and use their facilities and I’ve always had a great experience here!
They also gave me a £5 voucher as a merry Christmas gift, which I’ve never had before especially in London.
If you show them a picture of what you want, they are so diligent to create that vision.

We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience.
On Friday 19th December , during the peak Christmas period, we did our best to accommodate all customers and kept your appointment , despite the salon being extremely busy .
Unfortunately , there was a delay of approximately 20 minutes , for which we sincerely apologised at the time.
We always aim to provide a welcoming and professional service , and while most salon do not accpet appointment during such
peak hour , we chose to do so to avoid turning customer away.
