Nail varnish peeled as soon as I got home. Paid for a manicure didn’t even p it cream on me and didn’t clean up cuticles?!

First of all, we are sorry to hear about your experience today. However, we would like to clarify a few important points.

Firstly, your daughter chose a normal nail polish service. During the appointment, she was moving around and climbed onto the pedicure chair, which caused polish to transfer onto the chair. We chose to overlook this at the time.

Secondly, we would like to make this clear for anyone reading this review: when choosing regular nail polish, it requires approximately 30–40 minutes to fully dry. If this step is not followed properly, chipping or peeling can happen very quickly. This is not a fault of the service itself. If you prefer faster drying and longer-lasting results, we always recommend Shellac.

Additionally, after a regular polish service, clients need to be careful with their nails. As we observed, you needed to attend to your child immediately after the service, which makes smudging or peeling more likely. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control.

We always aim to provide clear advice and quality service, and we encourage clients to choose the option that best suits their needs.

The best, polite, friendly nail place in the area, my nails last long time looking pristine without peeling or wearing off. Peter is amazing but so is the rest of the team who also do my toenails. Certainly a loyal client for long time to come:)

Takes a lot for me to write a negative review. This really was an awful experience. They did my nails (biab), and 3 days later it all peeled off (it's meant to last weeks). Frantic, I went back to the shop after work and before my flight out that evening hoping there was something they could do. The female owner continuously insulted me in her language, tried to shoo me out the shop and told me I should have made an appointment if I had a problem. I explained to her that I wasn't expecting the nails to peel off, I had a flight out that evening hence why I showed up. She couldn't even apologise or at the very least empathise- it was an awful experience! 'Mill Hill nails' was a lot more accommodating and they're just up the road - save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

I sincerely apologize for your experience. Typically, we offer to fix customers' nails for free if they are damaged within a few days. However, if you have an issue with your nails, it is important to call us first and make an appointment. You cannot show up from nowhere and cutting the queue. We cannot accommodate walk-ins for immediate repairs, as we have a schedule in place and other customers are waiting for their appointments. It's similar to cutting the line at a coffee shop. Additionally, during your visit, other customers expressed dissatisfaction with your attitude, because you refused to let the staff redo your nails, who was free at that time as they did during your last visit, we understand your concerns. However, You requested another staff member to assist you, but please understand that there will be a wait.The another staff can not stop the process with another customer to do for you, as the customers are paying and having their appointment as well, not only you that paying for your nails. That is why the customers did not stand on your side. When you asked for a full refund, we were happy and did that. Finally, REMEMBER TO QUEUE UP WHENEVER YOU GO!
