Unfortunately I won’t be returning. For a service which is pampering it was far from it !
I didn’t feel relaxed at all, app at 1 I didn’t leave till just before 3 and that was because I was late picking up the kids. I had a mani n pedi normal polish only. They were taking in to many walk ins while they couldn’t cater for current clients, I had 3 people do my whole service. I wasn’t the only one and people are late for meetings.
Unless they change they will lose clients
Part Refund would be great

Absolutely awful experience. The hygiene standards in this salon are shocking. They reused the same tools on multiple clients without properly cleaning them, I literally had to ask them myself to at least put alcohol on the tools before using them on me. They were also using the same brushes on different people’s cuticles which is honestly disgusting and unhygienic.

I specifically asked for a thin BIAB layer with shellac, but the product was leaking everywhere and made the sides of my nail beds look extremely thick and bulky. Everything was smudged and uneven. I kept asking to fix it, but she completely ignored me and even said she “couldn’t because she was afraid to ruin her own nails.” Excuse me?? I paid to get my nails done properly, not to leave with smudged nails that genuinely look like a child did them.

What made the whole experience even worse was the staff constantly talking badly about customers, including me, assuming I didn’t understand the language. Hearing them make rude comments about clients throughout the appointment made me extremely uncomfortable and just want to leave.

Also, be very careful with payments. Every single time they conveniently say the card machine “isn’t working” and push people to either send money directly to a suspicious account or pay cash. Very questionable business practices.

Would never go back and absolutely do not recommend.
