I’d gone for a full wax, I kept telling the beautician that the wax was too hot but she still continued. I have wax burns all over my body, even now and it’s been more than 4 weeks. I have then gone to complain and get a refund as I was very disappointed with the service, the manager took pictures of the burns and told me she would talk to Treatwell (where I had booked the package). A week later I went back to the salon and she said she was waiting for a call that same afternoon. Another week later I called Treatwell myself to see if there was an update to which they replied that no one had contacted them about any such thing. I’m extremely disappointed and upset. Now even Treatwell cannot reach the salon. Please do not go here, bad customer service and even worse treatment !

So I went for eyebrow threading. Totally dostroyed my eyebrows. Two different lengths and shapes. Woman told me I was hairy. Lol. Won't ever go back. Very disappointed and offended. Avoid

This is a humble request to everyone. Please dont use this salon. I could have LOST MY EYES thanks to the most incompetent staff Roxana and the manager. I got my eyelash extensions done and within 3 days half of my eyelash fell , when called the salon innumerable times to speak to the manager , the staff kept giving excuses that she will call you .
The staff especially Roxana who did the eyelash was very very rude saying that what can she do if the eyelash fell. I have paid for my service and this needed sorting out. The manager called me after 5 days apologised and advised that i should come to the salon and do the lash tint . I thought she knows her work and dis agree but expected her to be there available when i go the appointment.
When i went the manager as always missing and to my horror the same lady Roxana was going to do my lash tint. Anyways got it done and the worst was on the way. Went home and later in the evening my eyes started itching so bad turned red and also eyes got swollen.
Rushed to the A&E to be told that i got a very severe eye infection. I was put on antibiotics and eyedrops for 7 days, missed work because of these incompetent staff.
I COULD HAVE LOST MY EYES. And when i called the salon again to speak to manager , as always the staff inform she is not available. I am still clueless as to how should i take this forward because i dont want other people to suffer .
