I booked an appointment for acrylic nails
and paid a deposit of £15. However, Debbie messaged me, stating that she couldn't do my nails due to an injury on my nail.

What shocked me was her refusal to refund my deposit, despite her being the one in breach of contract. She initially accepted the booking and then reneged on her commitment. Instead of trying to find a solution, she unilaterally cancelled my appointment and decided to keep my deposit. As I rescheduled the appointment for the later date, she cancelled my appointment without my consent.

I attempted to reason with Debbie, but she not only refused to cooperate but went so far as to block my number, leaving me without any recourse. To make matters worse, I sought advice from Citizens Advice, and it turns out that she is unlawfully withholding my money.

I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this this place. Her unprofessionalism, lack of ethics, and disregard for customer satisfaction are disappointing. Attached screenshots clearly reflect her dismissive attitude, confirming my unpleasant experience. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable and customer-focused nail technician.

Always love visiting Dno Nails, atmosphere is very welcoming, appointments only.
Ample free parking on nearby street. Very easy to find the shop on the main street.

If you’re thinking about booking, please do. She’s lovely, attentive and I got so many compliments on my nails. Usually my nails pop off after 3 weeks but I’m in my 4th week now and they still look great.
