Google Very dirty, the air as soon as you step in is unbearably heavy, they dont clean the stations (let alone their hands) and a signage is positioned on the wall behind the workers , saying that if you get an infection after visiting the salon, it’s not their problem 🤮never again

Google Really disappointed and complete waste of money . In between my treatment pushed two more customers before me and charged me £45 for this . Avoid them at any cost .

I would like to clarify a few details for transparency:
• I was expecting other customers who had appointments before you. Since you came without booking ahead, I had scheduled those clients already. This meant there was limited flexibility to serve walk-in clients immediately.
• You chose a nail design which is best suited to longer nails, and I explained that getting the same look on shorter nails may not match exactly. Even so, I did my best to adjust and accommodate your requests.
• The price of £45 covered both manicure & pedicure, including design changes during the session. I always try to work with clients so that they leave happy.
I take pride in offering good service, being fair, and respecting clients’ time. It’s very important to me that everyone feels their money is well spent. I hope this response helps others understand the full situation, and I wish you better service experiences in the future.

Google Such bad customer service especially from the manager, rushed my set, couldn’t do basic designs. It was very messy. Not apologetic whatsoever, I was very upset and in tears asking for a refund on the nails or at least a discount and the manager Ngan Thi Nguyen was very dismissive and rude. Never coming back which is a shame because it was not my first time there, clearly they have no respect for regular customers.
