Best pedicures which are always taken time to do unlike other shops that rush.
The distance to good service is worth it.

Also for us foodies they give us nice drinks all according to the season.
Ehh the amount of lychee mocktail I drank today😅

What can I say about my time at 1 secret. From the minute I stepped in I felt like a celebrity, prossesco on arrival a very detailed consultation about what I was having done she allocated Mason to complete the mission and that he did, the vibe was amazing as Leanne the owner who also shares her name with me poured drinks and ice cream,🍦 engaged with her customer. 1secret nails is 1000% somewhere I’d recommend to everybody.

Been coming here for years now & the past two times have been really disappointing.

A gel manicure has ended up taking 1h 45 minutes both times because of waiting around despite both times having booked an appointment. I appreciate how popular you are as a shop but it feels upsetting to have to wait, we all have our own lives that are very busy & it’s just unacceptable to have to wait double the time it should take. The time before the last I was meeting someone and had to message them saying I was going to be late because of how long they were taking.

The most recent time I went, three different people did my nails & there was some miscommunication, the shape that I wanted was not communicated, so they had to cut my nails down super short, I’ve been growing them for ages! Frustrating, but the girl was sweet about it.

Aside from this the owners are really lovely people & they offer drinks & snacks to all of their clients.

Probably going to take a break from coming back for a while 🙏🏻

I’ve been coming here for my nails for a while now and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. From the moment you walk in you’re made to feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. You are treated with kindness and respect every time.

They always go the extra mile too, offering drinks while you’re getting your nails done. The quality of their work is consistently amazing. All the nail techs listen to what you ask for and bring your ideas to life but what I love most is how they’ll add their own creative touches to make the design even better. You can tell they take real pride in what they do.

Overall, it’s such a positive experience every time. Great people, great service, and beautiful nails. I’d recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Really bad. I usually go to this nail shop on a regular basis. Been going for years. I booked an appointment and for pedicure and manicure and I’m the only one sitting there for about 30mins and they’re all walking around with their head down acting like they can’t see me. I won’t go as far as saying it was racially driven but it definitely felt embarrassing. I understand they were busy but they didn’t say anything to assure. Really disappointing!
