Google So rude and unfriendly! I walked in the shop after booking an appointment and absolutely no one said hi to me, even though there were staff sitting down doing nothing. One of them looked at me and just stared at me with absolutely no emotion. If you suffer from anxiety you will feel extremely uncomfortable in this place. Such rude demeanour. The entire aura of the nail shop was negative. Not only that, the nails started lifting after one week!

Google I can confidently say this was one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. The salon is filthy and poorly maintained, I had to wait for over 20mins despite having booked an appointment. Nobody even asked what I was waiting for.
One technician started my nails and moved onto someone else. I was finished by someone else who rushed through it, was quite rude as kept tapping on the table to get me to hurry up as I was checking on the progress. Nails were badly shaped, badly polished and the price was quite high. Terrible place and I won’t be going back.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. My colleague did apologise for running a little behind as it was a busy bank holiday. When you came out of the beauticians room and sat in the waiting area without saying anything, we unfortunately didn’t realise you had an appointment with us. In addition, a removal wasn’t booked so another colleague kindly stepped in to help with that first. This meant the technician had to be changed to avoid further delays.
In terms of pricing, we do believe our service is fairly priced at £27 for a removal and new set of gel polish, especially as we use premium products to ensure the best quality and lasting results.
We always aim to keep everything running smoothly and value your feedback as it helps us improve.

Google Started coming to House of Vanity as its my local salon and open late and they said they took card however i've been 3 times and two times the card machine wasn't working. I've stopped believing because I ask will it be back working next time and they say yes until the day. They had an advantage over competitors because of the card option. Decent job with my nails but very slap dash.

Google Allowing an abusive and unprofessional person to work in their premises called Reshma who shouts at customers after doing a bad job and refusing to provide a refund when they have asked for one.
I would not go here if this is the people they allow to use their premises
