The nail technician drilled through my skin on 3 different occasions, 2 times when he was doing my nails & 1 on my toe & didn’t even apologise, it has been gushing blood since. When I had bought it to their attention it was completely ignored & they proceeded to dust the particles of the nail dust into it, I wiped away most of the blood as it was covering majority of my toe, my experience was apparently horrifying from service to hygiene. Avoid this place

Eyebrow Threading - Whilst trimming my eyebrows, she snipped my eyelid with the scissors. There was a little cut, so I didn’t want her to continue, had no apology and still paid full price for half a job.

Tried to contact serval times to book an appointment, every time I mention the Groupon voucher she said I’m busy call back in 5 minutes. Although happy to book if no Groupon was mentioned. Able to be refund by Groupon luckily

The technicians are skilled at doing manicures and pleasant enough however the equipment, nail files/ buffers/drills/ brushes are not cleaned & shared with the next customer. I had an extremely sore toe after pedicure at Safi and had to see a podiatrist as a result due to a nail infection. Do not wish to go back again.

Nails are done extremely well and I would recommend however the beautician for brows lashes etc horrible attitude, despicable customer services. Sits playing with her feet ignoring customers and answers polite questions rudely completely uninterested in the services she is providing. I have observed this attitude with a number of service users, please replace her !!!

Just the worst. Came here before my holiday to get an acrylic infill as it was the closest place to me and never again. The lady who did my infill was sooo rough especially with the drill and she cut the skin around my cuticles so much that my fingers were actually sore for days. The skin around my nails has been lifted and peeling and she would look at me with an attitude when I would look at my nails to make sure they were okay. The shape was truly not as good as they were before I came in. Wish I never went and had gone back to my original nail shop. Like if you need to do a nail technician course, then do that! No reason you should be cutting up your customers!

I spoke to a lady named Priya as she had a groupon deal available, i tried to do her a favour by paying her direct. Well that didn’t work out in the end anyway because she never kept her appointment with me. Thursday 19th September We spoke via a phonecall as i wanted to book 2 of us in, she confirmed me an appointment for 3pm On the following Monday 23rd, LUCKILY i called the shop beforehand because she wasnt there and her mobile was switched off. I FINALLY got through and she proceeded to tell me my Appointment wasn’t for Monday it was for TUESDAY! So lying on top when it clearly says Monday in the text, carrying on like im stupid. Have some shame!
No regard or consideration for people’s time. My friend took time off work to come to me on the BUS in the rain, And she wasted our day with no correspondence beforehand I WOULD HAVE HAD TO DRIVE AN HOUR BECAUSE I WAS COMING FROM ESSEX!

Disgusting and unprofessional, no wonder you have 3.5 stars, makes sense!

Really Angry as i could have booked elsewhere.
