if I could put 0 stars I would this place has to be the worst in Catford The lady in the shop is so rude and when you try and correct her and tell her that your nails look nothing like the picture u showed her she went ahead and said mine looks better. I spent ages correcting her of every step and she doesn’t even listen to your concerns and when I asked her to clean up my design as it looked like a 6 year old drew it she shouted I don’t have time for this I need to go home it’s disgusting behaviour from a grown adult I don’t know who qualified this lady this shop should not even be in business first and last time I tried this nail shop as I normally go to kontrasti beauty plaza in Sydenham they are amazing and very cheap and more importantly they don’t scream at you when you correct them they just take the advice 😂

Customer service is terrible and one of the workers had a bad attitude. Should of left the shop without paying to be honest. They will not be seeing me again. DO NOT GO HERE!
