Google Was freezing cold and my nails started chipping the next day. Go somewhere else, not worth it

We are sorry to hear you felt uncomfortable during your visit. Our salon is temperature controlled, and we encourage oi clients to let us know at the time if they feeling cold so we can address immediately.
Chipping the next day is not something we would expect from our gel services. We were not contacted after your appointment to report this or to give us the opportunity to assess or resolve the issue.

Google Rude. Unprofessional. Will leave you waiting for an hour when u HAVE an appointment. The main man there, is so rude. They lie about prices. Honestly, just a horrid experience. Horrid little shop. Surpised its still open. If I could give NO stars I would. My whole family (6woman) all stopped going here. Do NOT recommend.

Google My first pedicure in 10+ years, I was so pleased with the service I received at Pamper Nail Bar - staff were all friendly and helpful, as well as super efficient. Even though it was really busy when I arrived, I didn't have to wait long for my treatment. Today, I can't stop noticing how lovely my nails look - I'm really pleased that I booked in, and would definitely return!

Google The best nail salon in the area. They take such care when doing your nails and are so polite and friendly. I always feel welcomed coming into the shop. Yesterday I had BIAB with extension and they handcrafted the BIAB with a small brush. I felt there was so much attention to detail. They always get extensions thin whereas I’ve been so disappointed in the past at other salons where you come away with thick nails.

Google I normally don’t leave reviews for nail salons but I would avoid this one! I had a gel manicure done and within 7 days one nail chipped. I went back and it was kindly fixed however I was told that it was due to my nail being weak.
Within 3 days, all the nails started chipping off as seen in the picture. I normally have gel last at least 2-4 weeks with no issue.
As you can see the skin around my nails is also dry and flaking off which never happens.
They file down the gel after the manicure in an attempt to “clean up” but I think they just remove the top coat.
There’s many salons in Forest Hill and I’ve never had this with any of them.

Google Another fabulous session at Pamper Nail Bar! They didn’t have the specific colour I was after - a sheer pinky/peachy natural colour - and the lady colour matched it perfectly
