After speaking with the team, we understand there was a misunderstanding during your appointment. Sunday was an especially busy day, and the additional nail art design requested would have required extra time and a different technician, as the staff member carrying out your pedicure was only trained for standard pedicure treatments. Unfortunately, due to another appointment scheduled in the next time slot, we were unable to accommodate the design request at that time.

We completely understand how the way this was communicated may have come across unclear or upsetting, and we sincerely apologise for this. We always want our customers to feel welcomed, cared for, and properly informed throughout their visit.

We genuinely appreciate your feedback and would love the opportunity to welcome you back. We would be happy to provide the nail art design you originally wanted free of charge, along with a special treatment arranged by our management team during your next visit.

Regarding the nail colour, normal colour polish might not last as long as the shellac polish so it can be easily affected by daily activities. We completely understand your frustration when it chipped quickly.
