Google £38 for gel colour and bad quality!
I think it was the worst experience I have in my life, I’ve stayed there for 2 hours to have manicure gel colour, the result was extremely bad, they gave me the option to come back and have my nails done again, besides how much the nail suffers from being treated twice in a day, they did my nails from zero again, result was “normal”, with some imperfections that were very noticeable, but I didn’t want to stay longer there.
They did not offered me any discount or deduction after 4 hours wasted from my life, I will never come back there.
I obviously gave them one star because zero it’s not an option here.
Owner Response:
Hi Elena,
Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service and not happy.
Regards to the price for gel manicures we do here is not £38.
Gel manicure from us is £30, if you not satisfied with your nails we normally rectify the issue straight away not to ask you come back, I think this a mistaking some other shop / or this a fake review and if the work was done our shop please come back to us so we can rectify for.

Google Returned visit to this salon yesterday . Haven’t visited for a long time . Salon is spotlessly clean and bright . The staff are lovely , welcoming and friendly , some even remembering me 🙂 My nails were perfect . Only thing stopping me giving 5 stars is the expensive price , £45 for take off and one colour SNS is a full £10 more than my regular salon which is as good as this one . A very big price difference !! Would return here if couldn’t get to regular salon

Google Amazing service. Have been going here for years and the place never fails me. Nails always turn out amazing (exactly like the photo I show) and last me a month until my next appointment. Would 100% recommend.
