Lovely job by Zsuzsa today, she offered my a bottle of water on arrival, and not only removed my gel polish but also cleaned my cuticles and shaped my nails. Really good attention to detail, will definitely be back!

She is very precise, listens to what you want and I always come out with the most amazing nails.

I asked for a very precise mini manicure, and even that was done beautifully. In other salons, when I ask for a mini manicure, they usually just push the cuticles back, but Susan carefully trimmed the skin even during a mini manicure, exactly where needed.
I got exactly what I asked for and I am completely satisfied. Not only is she precise, but she also pays exceptional attention to cleanliness, something I have not experienced anywhere else before.

I’ve been to other nail salons locally in London, and Susan is on a completely different level.

She is an actual nail technician, not just a rushed conveyor belt vibe like most places. The quality, precision and care she puts into her work is rare. All her equipment was freshly opened in front of me, even down to the nail file. Her hygiene standards are very professional.

The prep was detailed, a real Russian manicure. Every bit of cuticle was cleaned properly, and each nail was shaped carefully and checked individually. She focuses on symmetry instead of rushing through.

My nails have never looked this perfectly shaped and balanced before. They look clean, precise and genuinely cared for. There was no rushed filing, no accidental skin catching, nothing careless. Just proper technique. She follows steps I haven’t seen other salons do.

This felt like a high end nail tech experience, not a standard local salon appointment. For the level of work she delivers, she could easily be charging more.

Suzanna is great, i don't get my nails done often but it was a great experience and i've already decided to re-book for another manicure. She took her time and was really careful with my sensitive/damaged skin. i was really happy with the end result - had no idea my nails could look that good after only one session

We were visiting the salon for a different appointment when we met Susan. My mum was asking on the off chance as it was the weekend if she could have her nails tidied up a bit. Susan was very flexible and made sure she could fit my mum in and instead of a tidy up she created a wonderful set of festive nails. She works with great precision and can recommend to anyone looking for fab nails.
