Honestly, it’s always the best experience with Mino
.He’s truly the best in the business and always knows exactly what he’s doing. You can just tell how much he cares about his work and his clients.
He’s also the kindest soul ever, and his sense of humor makes every appointment so fun — I actually look forward to coming in every time. He always looks after you and gives 110% into everything he does, which is so rare to find.
I can confidently say you will never be disappointed. Thank you Mino for always being the absolute nail goddess 👑✨

Recently had a shellac manicure with Florian. Very professional experience, results were perfect, he achieved a beautiful natural shape, glassy finish on the polish, helped me select the colour and I loved it. I’m a regular and have never been disappointed. Thanks Florian

Busy salon. I was leaving because they were full, but staff stopped me and insisted someone could do my nails — then assigned a trainee without informing me. This felt purely driven by greed for money rather than providing a proper service.

The tall French guy who usually sits in the flower shop with the dog did my nails. He cannot paint nails. No proper filing. No cuticle cleaning. Messy polish. Not even basic professional standard.

I was charged £40 for unacceptable work. I left and will never return.

If you use trainees, be honest and give customers a choice. This was misleading, unprofessional, and money-driven.

Recently visited for a pedicure and flo was lovely and made me feel super comfortable. The pedicure was great and my feet are super soft! Would definitely recommend
