Staff on the phone wasnt too helpful to book an appointment. When I go there no one welcome or said Hello. I had to ask where I should leave my jacket. Technician was quite loud and agressive when she was speaking to me whole saloon was hearing her. Constantly misunderstood my questions and asked other colleagues which was embarrassing for me.
I had gel infill and half of my nails are broken. Because she did super super thin nails. Plus, 6of them are lifting from the bottom horrible job. And also she did remove all my base product and didnt tell me that she is going to remove everything and she will charge me. She is the first seat on the right hand-side of the saloon.. what else? My friend went to the same technician and all her nails are gone. Lifted and peeled.

I’ve been going to Anita for years and she is by far the best nail technician I’ve ever had. She’s always professional, friendly, and so warm every visit is fun, and we always have a good laugh. Her work is flawless every single time.

As someone with OCD, I can be very particular about the shape, length, and details of my nails, and Anita is incredibly patient and understanding. She always checks in to make sure I’m happy, never rushes, and takes real pride in what she does. She makes me feel comfortable and truly listens.

I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough she’s not just great at what she does, she’s also a lovely person to be around!
