I’ve visited this salon twice now, and unfortunately both experiences have been disappointing.

The first time, I went in for a pedicure and ended up with my big toe being cut open. It was bleeding quite badly, and although first aid was given, the technician immediately blamed me for moving. In reality, I moved my foot away because the pressure being applied was too intense and I could feel that something wasn’t right. It was uncomfortable and the lack of accountability made the situation worse.

I decided to give the salon another chance two months later, once my toe had healed (although I’m still left with a scar). I booked a manicure and pedicure and was asked if I wanted colour, to which I said yes. However, at no point was I asked whether I wanted gel polish. When I went to pay, I was charged almost £20 extra for gel polish that I did not request.

When I raised this at the till, the staff member insisted that I had been asked and had agreed, which simply isn’t true. I felt dismissed and not listened to.

Overall, both visits left me feeling disappointed — not just because of the issues themselves, but because of how they were handled. I would have appreciated clearer communication and better customer service.

I will not be returning.

I have been going to classic nails for 5 years and Phuong has been doing my nails. She is very kind , patient and is willing to experiment with the colors of my choice. Right now am wearing biap and chrome which am loving .

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail shop. The service was poorly done, and I even ended up with a deep cut on my finger, which is still quite painful. Despite asking the technician to file my nails properly, she filed them multiple times but still left them uneven and very sharp.

My natural nails were not trimmed properly and are clearly visible outside the extensions, making the overall result look untidy. During the appointment, she answered her phone twice, which was unprofessional and disruptive.

At one point, after I asked her to fix the filing, she spoke with her colleague in another language in front of me, which I found rude and uncomfortable as I couldn’t understand what was being said.

Overall, the service did not match the high prices charged. The staff seemed untrained, and the quality was far below expectations. I would not recommend this place to anyone

The staff are rude and they do not care about customers let alone their loyal clients. I paid extra for this mess. I have now found the most fantastic nail technician, it’s made me realise how awful this place is. 1 star is being too generous.
