I returned to this shop having not been for many years and it has changed hands. I had a full set of acrylics done which looked great at the time but I lost three nails within a week which has never happened to me before. A junior put them on and then an older man finished them and he was visibly and verbally disappointed with the work the junior had started. It was quite awkward. Sadly won’t return.

Awful customer service and extremely unkind. I was having a few acrylics soaked off and they were in the acetone for almost 35 minutes and it was starting to burn and the acrylics had already entirely come off and I explained this to the lady and she began screaming at me and being really horrible. The other customers were even shocked at this, I then left due to this experience. Awful place, would not recommend.

its not on. absolutely not. the nails i showed for reference were no where near what i asked for , the base colour is completely off i hate it! the staff are even rude to customers and cant properly communicate to them, £45 for building blocks on my nails.

The 2ft tall RUDE man. Really needs checking. He has absolutely NO manners at all. It is bad enough, that they talk about you, in their language. But always understand & speak English, when they are taking your money. They need to disinfectant their utensils. As I picked up a nail infection from them. Make the prices up, as they go along. Place to avoid.

First of all I want to say how rude the staff are as soon as I entered the shop. They were speaking in different language and were very unprofessional in-front of customers. The were rude and literally refusing to do any service on my nails which I have never experienced in my life. The lady was more concerned about her parking ticket and the man was more concerned elsewhere but not nails! They don’t know much English and are very confusing. Getting your nails done is supposed to be therapeutic this was horror! Please avoid next time don’t go! I ended up walking out because the level of communication was so poor.

The staff at Impress nails are unprofessional . I came into their store yesterday to get my nails done with normal polish and I asked them for normal polish and not &gel& The lady doing my nails gave me gel when I clearly asked for standard polish 😑 and they charge me more and the manger threatened me . I questioned why he was charging me so much. He forced me to pay all the money I had or he wouldn't let me leave.
I will never go back to the shop again. They unprofessional and unkind &inpatient and very cruel!!!

They need to understand English properly and should be able to understand clear instruction.

It’s just the worse charged me 41 pound to do my nails that the Color come off in few days plus they don’t speak English and everything they are using is dirty and old

Done my nails in this salon,,few day after all colour and nail come off.Asking for to repair,staff was blaming me and didn’t fixed
