Booked through treatwell, when I arrived no nail techs were in the salon. Left and went to a different place. Received a call to say they’d rebooked me. Could not make the new time. They pressured me to cancel which meant I’d lose my money, when I refused they made it look like I’ve attended on the app which means I cannot request a refund through treatwell

Sunt foarte mulțumită de serviciile doamnei Claudia care a avut răbdare și curaj să ajungem dintr-o culoare dificilă la un baleiaj superb.
Ea a avut grijă să îmi aplice concentrația de decolorare în așa fel încât să nu distrugem firul de păr. Lucrează cu produse profesionale și datorită faptului ca are experiență și răbdare a ieșit exact ceea ce îmi doream demult !
În tot acest timp petrecut la salon, câteva ore , pentru ca aceasta necesita timp, am fost conștientă ca este nevoie de pauze pentru o gustare sau o gură de apă sau de răspuns la un telefon pentru alte programări , însă doamna Claudia a trebuit să respecte timpii de acționare al soluțiilor folosite și aceste pauze aproape ca nici nu au existat! Îi mulțumesc nespus și îmi pare rău ca ați sărit peste prânz pentru mine!
Sunteți minunată și ca profesionist și ca persoană!
Voi reveni cu drag pentru întreținere și sfaturi de îngrijire a părului!

I’ve been coming to this Salon for months ,
I do my fair and nails here every time .
I used to do my hair in Mayfair and pay so much money for a haircut and then i decided to give it a try here ,the girl here can do any kind of haircut you want and for a much affordable price and she is very pantient and kind ,even tho I am a hard to please person .I absolutely love her .

And the girl that does my nails ,she cute the cuticle to perfection and shaped the nail perfectly.In all honesty she if the best one I’ve seen so far doing Russian manicure and my nails last 4-5 weeks ,just amazing.

I strongly recommend to come here for hair and nails❤️

I just need to express my admirations to Klaudia, who is my hair dresser. Words are not enough to say what genious Klaudia is - so skillful and amazing. I'm writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with Klaudd Day Spa. As a regular customer, I've always booked my appointments through Treatwell.co.uk, where haircuts and men's hair coloring typically cost around £36. However, my recent experience was a complete letdown.

Today, I confirmed my appointment via SMS and went in for the usual haircut and hair coloring service. To my utter shock, after the treatment was complete, I was told the price had inexplicably risen to a whopping £50! This is a significant increase from what was advertised online, and even more concerning, there was no mention of this new service charge beforehand.

As a loyal customer, I believe I deserved better treatment. The salon should have informed me about the price hike before I proceeded with the service. This lack of transparency is unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be returning.

I highly recommend this salon for both nails and hair, as I've had my nails and hair done here many times. I travel all the way from West London just to get my hair colored, styled, and my nails done.

This is the one and only salon I trust because they always listen to exactly what I want, especially with my hair, as I change my colour frequently.

Give it a try—you won’t be disappointed!
