Great service and amazing nails! I haven't had my nails done for about 10 years so I was a little nervous about what to get etc. But I instantly felt at ease. Great customer service, very gentle and great result! Will definitely be going again!

As a return customer of over 10 years who used to attend the original shop, this shops service has deteriorated. They have terrible customer service, staff are extremely rude, they are uninviting and barely talk to you and make you feel like you’re unwelcome. You need to make sure you have a set price over the phone before you go in, otherwise it will become ultra expensive for an already overpriced service. I don’t understand how you expect return custom when you make your clients feel so mistreated during the whole experience. I’m starting to now wonder if only a certain type of demographic is welcome like the prominent change in the local Tooting high Street.
By the way I have to put a star but I would put ZERO if I had a choice.

Loved my nails! Trimmed my cuticles and were so gentle while filing my nails. I asked for an Italian inspired sacred heart nail art and my nail tech NAILED it. Cuticle oil and hand cream at the end. £40 for removal of gels, reapplication and 4 nails of art. Great price and only took 45 minutes. I will 100% be coming back thank you ❤️❤️ I didn’t have cash on me so they let me come back 1 hour later to pay which is so nice.

Gel manicure came off after less than a week, and from one of my toes too and it was expensive
