2 technicians in the salon could not communicate with me at all. Thy then started to infill my SNS nails with Acrylic at which point I told hem to stop. They wanted to correct it by putting gel topcoat on my nails and cure with UV. Promptly left and went elsewhere. In my opinion the men in the shop were not qualified in any way.

Great shop, not sure why these reviews are saying they are racist towards Black/Brown people. I’ve been going here for many years. I’m a woman of colour. This shop is great , quick and very polite. Just gets super busy. X

Literally just walked out.booked my appointment sat down they applied the tip and started work on others in the shop absolute joke wouldn't recommend to anyone oh and had to put my hand that was cut into acid.This is how it had to leave their shop

Very unprofessional and racist, they offer white customers services first. When questioned, one of the workers told me “I can leave.” I’ll never spend a penny on this nail shop again. I’d advise black people to go where they are valued and avoid this nail shop at all costs.

They glue them on and there hard to take off I’ve soaked dem off and clipped dem my middle toenail fell off had them for 2 weeks

I’ve been going to this nail shop for a while now, never had a problem however this time my white tip has come off after a week which is very strange. I went in there to see if they would fix the 3 nails that had started to peel off however they refused and was very rude about it telling me I need infills? It was a very quick fix and they were so rude about it whilst I’m there with my baby. I will not be returning. Just an fyi I paid £47 for the nails a week ago, there isn’t any growth on the mail it’s just peeling away on a few nails. Would not recommend

On line says open at 11 but it's now 12 and still not open 1230 decided to leave all staff coming out of Costa coffee shop. Woman who I was waiting with had appointment at 12 and stood waiting as well.
