My girlfriend recently had an appointment here and came back really upset after the experience. Service was seriously poor quality, rushed and unfinished. Her nails were left damaged after the appointment. Genuinely I’d expect standard of this service to be on a higher level considering the high price. It’s kinda frustrating to see someone pay a lot of money and leave unhappy. On top of that customer service was rude and unprofessional. Based on how she felt and what I saw afterwards I wouldn’t recommend this salon.

I strongly urge customers to avoid this nail salon. The staff are rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. All three of my visits have been extremely disappointing and honestly quite upsetting.
As a store manager myself, I understand how important it is to treat paying customers with respect. On my last visit, my nails were done poorly and everything felt rushed. The work was carried out with excessive force, leaving me with painful cuts and damage to my nail beds. The final result was far from acceptable.
What made the experience even worse was witnessing the treatment of an elderly lady sitting next to me. She was spoken to with clear disrespect, and we kept exchanging looks in disbelief. There was a complete lack of care and consideration.
The only reason I returned previously was due to the salon’s convenient location on my street and my limited free time. However, no convenience justifies this level of service.
One particular staff member, an Asian woman in her late 40s with bangs, has repeatedly spoken to me in a rude and aggressive manner while doing my nails. She treated the elderly customer in the same way. She would greatly benefit from proper customer service training.
As someone who manages a team, I would never allow customers to be treated this way, especially when they are spending their hard-earned money.

After my usual nail lady suddenly stopped doing nails without any warning & needing my nails done desperately I was recommended to Beautiful Nails by a couple of friends who visit there regularly & I wasn’t disappointed. Very busy salon which is always a good sign & they managed to fit me in same day, on a Sunday. Full set of BIAB (including removal of last set) was £40. Will definitely be returning.

Went here for the first time today due to being new in the area, and before arriving was not too sure as the reviews are not that great however i was honestly impressed. I had arrived last minute and they agreed to do my nails which had run them over closing time slightly. Service time was only about 25 mins to do french tips and the application was done very well and was even able to make my bent fingernail straight which not all nail technicians can do. Customer service was great i felt very comfortable and the shop was clean and looked lovely, I was also able to pay by bank transfer would definitely recommend!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Loyal Customer for 14 Years!

I've been coming here since I was 19, I'm now 33 and I can honestly say this place has always been my go-to. Over the years, I’ve tried other salons when I couldn’t get an appointment in time, but I always end up coming back here. My nails always look lovely and last so well!

The owner is absolutely lovely, and the team always works hard. I’ve consistently had great experiences here.

Of course, like anywhere, there have been small moments — maybe a slight nick from the drill or a bit of waiting, but nothing intentional, and certainly nothing worth complaining about. These things happen, especially when they’re busy working hard and doing their best in today’s economy. I really believe in leaving positive reviews when a place has earned it, and this one truly has.

Highly recommend — they deserve the support!

I walked in without an appointment, and to my delight, they attended to me within minutes. The service I received was exceptional; the level of precision and care they demonstrated was truly unparalleled. I paid a reasonable price, and honestly, I can't imagine finding a better value in all of London. Thank you once again for such a fantastic experience—I will definitely be returning soon!
