Nail Life is an absolute must-visit for anyone looking to get their nails done! No design is ever too detailed or challenging — everything is executed to perfection with incredible attention to detail. The team is not only talented but also so friendly and welcoming, making every appointment such a lovely experience. I actually look forward to my monthly visits thanks to the great atmosphere and consistently beautiful results. I can’t recommend Nail Life enough — just be sure to book in advance because they’re always in high demand!

I got given a voucher for my birthday so I tried booking in a week prior to my holiday and they said they had no availability which I found hard to believe. My next holiday came alone and I tried to book in but my voucher was expiring so I asked if they could possibly extend it so I could have my nails done a week before my holiday. They refused to extend it and offered me no available appointments before my expiry. The man I spoke to was so so rude and clearly not interested once they’ve got the money. Definitely will not be going here in the future. £40 down the drain.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for almost a year now and couldn’t reccomend it enough. The staff are always polite and friendly and will make an effort to remember you, your name and what you like.

My nails are really sensitive and so I never get my cuticles cut, just pushed back slightly which they remember every time. They offer every colour and design you can imagine and will always try their best to match inspo photos as closely as possible. My nails last for weeks and they will always tell you what’s best for your nails, not just try to upsell you!

Very poor customer service the lady has a rude attitude, You would think you’re coming there to beg instead of coming for a service. Probably the worst customer service in a nail shop ever. Appalling attitude over the phone & in person.

Really poor. Went in for a gel pedicure and manicure, and I feel they need taking off and redoing. They managed to cut my cuticle too short, the gel isn’t correctly applied and my cuticle isn’t level on one finger.

I would not recommend this place at all. It was my first and last time going there. Awful experience being a new customer. Very unwelcoming, Shabby place and the woman had a disgusting attitude but when her regulars came in she was so nice to them.
She had a foul mood and made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable there. Very short with me and eye contact (yet they want the money).I gave up being pleasant to break the ice with her. So I left with Sns stripped off. No one has ever made feel that way. I am very easy going and get on with people but she clearly has issues. The man was very apologetic but by that time I was extremely upset with the situation. I sincerely hope she doesn’t treat any other customers like that going forward. I do wish her awful attitude does change.
