I cannot recommend this salon enough! They stepped in to save my nails after a nightmare experience at the salon opposite. My nails were left brittle and over-filed, but the team here handled them with incredible care. They professionally removed the botched builder gel and applied a safety coat to protect my sensitive nail plates, before properly building up a new set of BIAB as it should be done. They truly rescued my nails and made me feel so much better. I’ll never go anywhere else—if you want your nails done safely and professionally, this is the place to go. Thank you so much for saving me from a total nail crisis! ♡

I have always been a nail biter. But discovered builder gel while pregnant and I woukd never go back to short shellacs again.

Every single member of the team is talented - there isn't anybody I wouldn't go to. The service is TOP TIER. They listen to you and respond professionally.

The female member of staff who I think is the owner/manager makes sure she gets to know the customers and you get a personalised experience when you go in. The turnaround is very quick, seamless and focused.

Cannot see myself going back to short nails anytime soon!

Usually really like getting my nails done here. The man I had today was very rude, kept bending my arm rudely and kept giving dirty looks which made me feel very uncomfortable. I’m a paying customer and was made to feel inconvenient. He also made two of my fingers bleed and didn’t even apologise when I pointed this out to him. On a positive note, nails did look lovely but unfortunately this experience has put me off returning here.

Dreadful!!! I was a customer for years with natural long nails having gel powder. It appears the money is in acrylics. I told the owner I want in fill which suggests quite obviously my nails are natural plus I said I was currently wearing the gel colour powder. As my own nails are very long, I always have them cut a little shorter especially, with the length I grow them to. I saw they were renewing the gel powder with my hand in the bowl. When I saw they were about to put acrylic nails on, the owner swore blind she applied acrylics in the past. I told her she must have me confused with someone else since I have never worn fake nails in my life, I can grow my nails with gel powder, to a very long length. I refused the acrylic nails and the owner refused to do anything to my nails, they didn’t even want to file my nails into shape so I left the shop with nothing done. I don’t ever plan obviously to return. Shameful money grabbing behaviour. Saturday 23/7/25

Acrylic removal and gel polish. Gel Not cured properly as top coat has a blue tinge meaning needed more cure time. Paint is very streaky.
