Wouldn’t go back. Although the design I chose came out very well, the nails themselves were glued on properly and they’re really annoying catching onto clothes and hair and feeling like the nails will start breaking soon. For the money I paid I don’t like the quality I got.

I have used Buff and Polish for years and absolutely love their service! I have had no problems, the staff are friendly and do an amazing job; meeting my needs! The shop is beautiful, clean and modern! I recommend them highly and will continue to use them, the best in the West Wickham area. Thank you for your services ❤️

I’ve visited a few times, but unfortunately my most recent experience wasn’t great. I went in to have my BIAB removed, but it wasn’t done properly—there’s still a significant amount left on my nails, which is now chipping and causing damage to my natural nails.

I also paid for a manicure, but my cuticles have been left sore afterwards. The whole reason I booked the removal was to avoid damage, but I’ve ended up with the opposite result.
