BIAB extensions promised to last for 3 weeks had all started to come off in 3 days. Had to take them off myself as I was in a remote location which was obviously far from ideal as they were left in a worse state then than they were to begin with.

I explained and sent pictures to them on Instagram DMS and asked for a refund and they agreed, but after a further 2 weeks of not responding and not sending the refund, they seem to have blocked me?!!

Wish I'd never gone. Threw my money and time away.

I went for a gel french tip on own nails for the second time and was impressed with the quality of the french tip line - it was very straight, consistent and as expected.

I went a couple of times before, then stopped as result wasn’t good. This time I decided to give them another try as my master was busy. Nails look like it’s been two weeks since last manicure right after the service. The atmosphere was terrible, masters were screaming talking and staying around me showing Tik tok videos to each other. I couldn’t stand this noise as it was crazy. Master herself was very rude and didn’t event try to deliver a proper service.
