Google This was just the most wonderful experience, all the staff were so friendly and stopped for a chat and made me feel like there only priority, there was a really homely, community feel about this salon and I enjoyed every second.
Sonja has done my nails so beautifully, adhering to my requests and being so gentle and going above and beyond. I was offered every kind of beverage and even chocolate during my appointment, I’ve never felt so welcome anywhere and would recommend to everyone x

Google Worst manicure I ever had. The nails have been overfiled which left them extremely damaged. That was followed by poor Biab application with overfloating cuticles with gel. As I’m a person that avoids conflict I left not saying anything and paying 57£ for the service and afterwards had to pay it again in another salon trying to revive my nails.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and would like to offer some clarification.
All of our regular clients were informed in advance that the salon would be operating on reduced hours due to several team members being away on holiday. We believe, like everyone, our team is also entitled to a break, and we appreciate your understanding during this time.
Today, the salon was open, but the front door was locked as all therapists were in treatment rooms. For this reason, there is a clear sign on the door with instructions and guidance on how to book appointments online.
We do feel that a one-star review under these circumstances is unfair, especially as we are doing our best to continue providing service during a reduced-capacity period. We’re always here to help, and we welcome you to contact us directly if you need any assistance.
