I am extremely pleased with the services at Indigo Nail and Beauty on Northcote Road. It is easily one of the best nail salons in the Clapham / Battersea area.

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with genuine warmth and big smiles, which immediately sets the tone for a relaxing experience. I usually go for a shellac manicure and occasionally a pedicure, and the standard is consistently excellent regardless of which technician you see.

What truly sets this salon apart is their attention to detail and focus on nail health. They take their time, use the correct tools, never over-file or over-polish, and apply shellac with incredible precision. You can tell they genuinely care about the long-term condition of your nails, not just the immediate result.

The team also give thoughtful, knowledgeable advice on maintaining and restoring nail health, which is quite rare. My shellac manicures last up to three weeks without peeling, which speaks volumes about the quality of their work.

I have tried many nail salons across London over the past decade, and Indigo Nail and Beauty is a real gem. If you are looking for a high-quality manicure or pedicure in Northcote Road, Clapham or Battersea, I would highly recommend them.

I do not recommend this salon for shellac manicure services. I visited the salon on two separate occasions for a manicure.

I recently I called and informed the salon that my nails had become brittle, dented, and soft following these services. My concerns were met with dismissive and unprofessional responses.

After contacting the salon to raise these issues, I was informed that; I had been “blacklisted”, the salon doesn’t receive complaints, I was shamed and threatened and told my messages would be shared on social media, if I don’t want damage to my nails I shouldn’t get manicures, and was accused of attempting to gain a complimentary manicure.
Absolutely wild.

Overall, I am concerned by the level of customer service, the handling of legitimate client concerns, and the apparent lack of accountability demonstrated in this matter.

I am so happy with the service I received! This was my 1st time getting biab done, so I had no idea what to really expect. They accommodated for my allergies by using hema free products and the lady was so careful not to get any gel on my skin. She soaked my cuticles and then carefully removed them, usually my cuticles become very irritated or even bleed so I am very greatful she was so gentle. I also got a 20% off discount as I’m a new customer, and was given the option to join the loyalty program. I left the salon within 50 minutes. This is my new go-to spot and reccomend to everyone in the Clapham/Wandsworth area!

One of the only places I trust to get my nails done as I always have a great experience. They are very accommodating when I want to book an appointment and Katie is absolutely amazing! I always love how my nails turn out and she is great at helping me choose the perfect colour. I usually always see Katie for both gel manicure and pedicure but today Lara did my pedicure and she was great as well, she did a really nice massage and I really like the shape she did.

I have always gone here when I need my nails done for special occasions as well. I highly recommend, especially Katie ❤️

Got some lovely nails done here by Amy! Had a complicated design in mind and she followed it really nicely! Was really happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to return! Staff were all really welcoming and made sure that I was being well looked after!

“No matter how many times I asked for the gel nails to be done close to the cuticle, they always left a gap. I’ve now gone to another salon and they did them much closer, which means they last longer and look better. I wish I had stopped going here sooner, because it’s definitely annoying and makes me wonder if they do it on purpose to get you to come back sooner.”

So far I used only their epilation services. Tina is absolutely amazing!!! Excellent professional, and really kind human. Absolutely recommend!
